@amazonIN So here's what happened with my order #408-8363866-5453900 which I placed during the #primeday2023 sale. A delivery agent comes to my doorstep and asks for an OTP. I provide the OTP and he hands over the package to me but I noticed that the package did not belong to me.

.. raised their hands that this was a secured delivery and they can't do anything about this. What a #SCAM! When I ask them if they even tried reaching out to the delivery agent, they keep repeating they can't investigate this any further as this was "secure" delivery...
