@SamsungIndia I got my fridge repaired sometime back and the guy said that I’ll be fine. However Prob didn’t solve and samsung people didn’t pick up mu phone. I paid you samsung but problem didn’t solve. Pathetic after sales service. Will never recommend anyone to buy samsung.

I booked to refundable Flight tckts via @goibibo and had to cancel it for some reason and it's been 20+ days there is no refund initiated. Costumer supprt is pathetic as nobody picks up phone followed by an IVR. Big amnt is stuck . @tourismgoi @ArvindKejriwal @jagograhakjago
