Dear Tata Motors Customer Care,
I am writing to register a formal complaint regarding the extremely poor and unprofessional service provided at Yashraj Motors, Dilli More, Darbhanga.
Despite being a loyal Tata customer, my repeated experiences at this service center have been highly disappointing. Please note the following issues:
1.Untrained and unprofessional staff: The service executive Mr. Abhishek and other workers are rude, careless, and lack basic knowledge about Tata cars.

3.Post-service issues: My car develops new problems within 2–3 days after every service, clearly indicating poor maintenance and negligence.
4.Multiple unresolved visits: I have visited the center 5–6 times, but the problems remain unsolved every single time.
5.Irresponsible attitude: The workers and executives are never on time and behave like government clerks (“babu” attitude) rather than service professionals.
This service center is tarnishing the reputation of Tata Motors through its inefficiency and arrogant behavior.
I request Tata Motors to kindly investigate the matter, take strict disciplinary action against the dealership, and ensure that my car issues are resolved by a competent technician at no additional cost.
Thank you for your attention. I hope Tata Motors values its customers enough to take prompt action.

Stopped near the toll plaza to complain, and the staff said, “Sir, hum kuch nahi kar sakte jinko vote dete ho unse poochho.”

NH-27 is full of endless potholes and zero maintenance.
