@aviralbhat Agreed. India has world-class engineering talent. Building globally competitive AI labs requires long-term capital, conviction, and a willingness to invest before the returns are obvious.
@aviralbhat I'd add one more ingredient: consistency. One DM rarely changes anything, but dozens of genuine conversations over months can completely change the trajectory of what you're building.
@aviralbhat Great teams often have something in common beyond credentials—they've spent years building deep domain expertise before timing meets opportunity. AI feels like one of those rare moments where that preparation compounds.
@aviralbhat I think AI has dramatically lowered the cost of building. A couple of builders with AI tools can now prototype what used to require a small team. Hackerhouses amplify that by compressing feedback loops and surrounding people with others who are shipping.
@aviralbhat The interesting part isn't just the housing growth—it's what follows. Talent, startups, services, and capital usually compound around these mega-regions. It'll be interesting to see how founders outside Bengaluru adapt to that shift.
