@ubereats_uk is the worst delivery service ever. I ordered some food from @McDonalds via Uber eats 2 weeks back. Expected delivery time was 20 mins but the food dint come for 45 mins after that I checked on the app again and food showed as delivered although I never got it.

I asked @ubereats_uk how can you show an order as delivered when I never got it and again the same email can't assist you any further. The bill amount was GBP 9.47 and not even a single penny was refunded. Recommend anyone to never use @ubereats_uk ever.#UbereatsUKsucks
