@YYCdeals why is it that your deals are not all listed on your https://t.co/UAerF3fsqH homepage? You make it impossible to send people to your page for deals for what we get in emails are hidden. No Iceland, no Edinburgh.
@flairairlines serves regrets on day of departure. What you get for paying more with @WestJet and @AirCanada is the sense of certainty that you’ll get there.
@WestJet having checked in and the app still prompting me to checkin speaks of a disconnect. Do you know your “guest?” So is prompting/sending push notification to a guest to check-in for a flight they had canceled.
If @WestJet is looking for a new year resolution, let it be that they give us “guests” a superior [or just seamless] online experience from ticket purchase to check-in and beyond. Many other airlines to emulate to truly be world class and it’s not much work.
@WestJet having to enter my trip in the app when I purchased it on the app is not something I should experience. Or the “loading” animation that can last upwards of a minute when checking in not knowing whether or it it’s working or if it’s dialup days still is unacceptable.
@WestJet fails every time with their online booking experience. Unable to use my Westjet Dollars or Travel Bank when booking because website won’t allow login during a sale. Retention through Frustration?
@Kieron_Hunt @MarkMorrissey3 @AirCanada@WestJet@RBC@Mastercard Worst booking experience. Throwing a big sale when their systems can’t cope with a regular Tuesday. Requires sorcery and some sort of sacrifice to get somewhere.
