Our study revealed that eIF4A1 could promote the growth of gastric cancer by up-regulating the mitochondrial OXPHOS and inhibiting the production of ROS. Dasabuvir was a new candidate for gastric cancer treatment or chemoprevention by trgeting eIF4A1.
