@HMRCcustomers Yes. The calculation hasn’t taken into consideration a payment I’ve already made. Could you suggest an email address I can send an email to. So far I’ve spent over 4 hours today trying to get through to HMRC & every time I do I get hung up on/disconnected which is so frustrating!

@HMRCcustomers I am not sure what to do now as it states on an online letter I need to contact HMRC within 60 days however I have tried all avenues to inform you about this incorrect calculation but I am always hung up on or told I will be contacted back with no response

@HMRCcustomers My simple assessment calculation is wrong by £900. I spoke to the HMRC helpline who put me through to the self assessment team who agreed this was wrong but the hung up on me. This was the 3rd time this has happened. No one called me back despite reasssurance this would happen.
