I'm facing continuous network and connectivity issues with my Jio AirFiber connection, but every time I contact support, I receive the same automated responses without any actual resolution.

Complaint Regarding Continuous Internet Outage ([phone])

Since 19 April, my JioAirFiber connection has been facing continuous outages and unstable internet. Every few days I only receive SMS saying “issue will be resolved in 4 hours”.
