I'm tired. So bone tired. My body aches, it weeps tears of mourning, mourning for ease of normalcy, daylight to warm my skin.

I lay in the dark 20+ hours a day, my senses dampened. Wanting so badly for a need or urge to eat, move, live to happen.

Advocacy is nearly impossible.

Thinking tonight of how there are 68 refugees heading towards 10 years in detention in Australia despite the PM saying we have plenty of room in our immigration program. The ugly truth is they are detained still because they are brown, black or Muslim.
