@PaulMacKenzie_C Really interesting thoughts. Psychological safety is so important in the workplace. In psychologically safe teams, team members feel accepted and respected. And this leads to increased confidence, creativity, trust & productivity.
We are unconsciously attracted to people who think like us.
However, if we only include people who think in the same way we are likely to come up with the best ideas and solutions.
It's essential to have #cognitivediversity in the #workplace and this video explains why.
