I missed a train( 20851) yesterday as the connecting train(18303) was late by 1hr 10min for a 2hr 28min journey.
Can I get my money back as I had a reservation in the missed train?

Is my ticket money refundable as I missed a train because the connecting train was late by more than one hour?
Or 1 hour late is not late as I got resolution from @RailwaySeva saying that it's on time?

The condition z such that even during emergency an ambulance can't enter d area during rainy season.Who will b responsible fr this?
For women this area isn't at all safe after evening.

This 21st century & still people of this area are deprived of basic road and light facility. @otvnews @kanak_news @DharitriLive1 @sambad_odisha Kindly highlight the issue otherwise this won't be resolved,People are suffering here from more than one decade.
