New interns feeling imposter syndrome, remember:
You excelled in college.
MCATs.
Med school interviews.
They wanted you.
USMLEs.
Rotations.
Residency interviews.
They still wanted you.
Then you graduated.
No part of that is an accident. You belong right where you are, doctor.
There are two ✌️ways to perform a #filler treatment 👇👇👇
1️⃣ Needle - Sharp placement. This allows a more directed and focused placement in the desired tissue layer.
2️⃣ Cannula - Blunt placement. May be safer option in terms of injury to blood vessels (debated)

Great article out in the #PRS journal showing efficacy of #microneedling across a range of facial and nonfacial #scars. This is a promising technology that can be used on all skin complexions unlike laser resurfacing and found to be just as effective!! #plasticsurgery#medicine
