I'm 36.
Stress controlled me for years so I turned to neuroscience.
After 1200+ hours studying elite athletes, CEOs & psychologists, my toolkit is now full of powerful neuro-hacks.
Here are the top 7 that will change your life:
On September 19, 1991, while hiking in the Ötztal Valley in the Alps, German hikers Erika and Helmut Simon stumbled upon what they initially thought was the body of a recently deceased mountain climber.
However, it turned out that this was a remarkably preserved mummy, later named Ötzi, which had been encased in ice for over 5,300 years.
The mummy was surrounded by various artifacts, including a bow and a quiver containing arrows, a copper-bladed axe, a flint dagger with a wicker sheath, birch wood vessels lined with maple leaves, remnants of a backpack, a leather pouch holding small items, and clothing and shoes made from fur and leather, among other minor items.
Researchers analyzing Ötzi concluded that he likely met a violent end due to an arrowhead found lodged in his left shoulder and other injuries on his body, suggesting he was the victim of murder.
@EurekaForbes

I made a mistake by buying @EurekaForbes robot.
Shamar Joseph hailing from a village with 350 population, was a security guard until last year. It takes min two days to reach there on a boat and until last five years, there was no mobile and internet connection till 2018. Logging was the only profession, and he had a near death experience when a tree fell and narrowly missed him. Then decided to move to another place. Was a labourer and then a security guard, working for 12 hours. At best could play cricket only on a Sunday.
Debuted in this series. Bought an arm guard only three days before the Test. Yet scores 36 against the highly experienced Australian attack in Australia. Also takes a five-wicket haul on Test debut, as West Indies bowl out Australia in AUS for the first time since 2009 (forget even winning).
Australia were 113/2 chasing 215. From this improbable position, Shamar Joseph in just his second Test took 7 wickets in a SINGLE SPELL. This is despite suffering from toe injury.
WI's first win vs AUS since 2003.
That too at Gabba where only India could win in last 35 years.
That too in a pink ball Test where Australia won 11 out of 11 before.
Also after losing many players to various franchise leagues.
WHAT A STORY!!!
Against all the odds.
This is a film!

Success is not coincidence. You need dedication. I visited Covid hospital & found this guy doing study of CA exam. Your dedication makes you forget your pain. After that Success is only formality.
@sanjaymanjrekar Think before you say such things, where was your maturity when you reacted to Harsha in the commentary box. it's our stupidity if we bring this on the social forum & pull our people's leg rather them supporting them.
@MichaelVaughan@NathLyon421@root66 Michel, we have a habit of giving one chance to every team, that’s what we did for Australia. We have not forgotten your tweet of 4-0. And as far gift is concerned we always give a departure gift. Wait for 4th test. England team will get their well deserving gift 🎁😁😁🙏🙏🙏
