But the owner kept constructing without any issues since march, no officials even cared about that. Is it not violating the court's direct order of status quo?

Colony documents shows 36.6 feet but he showed us document with 40 feet. How? Please investigate. balconies extended. My 1 feet of land is in his plot. Plot33, Raymond's Obelisk, New Malakpet.
