I don't think that the current Government has neglected the issues. Free Movement Regime (FMR) was one big loophole and it needs to be removed for a stable Manipur.

FMR accelerates the influx and there is an issue of abnormal population growth in Manipur. Moreover, it accelerates the growth of #Terrorism in the hills. There are many adverse effects of such changes in our society in the long run.

Why is Mizoram govt. is refusing to collect biometric data of Myanmar refugees citing rights violation ?

The #ChinKukiZo community has been working really hard over decades to Engineer a Demographic change in the Region by allowing Influx of Myanmar Nationals into this Part of the country & dominate the region.

Lets understand factually what the #KukiZo community has been cooking behind the Indian Govt. for the last decade or so :

🔹In Mizoram Fake Aadhaar Card is issued at just ₹ 8000. Myanmar Refugees in Mizoram found with forged Govt docts.
🔹Benjanim Sum, a Myanmarese singer taking refuge in Mizoram had all the required docts. - Aadhaar card, voter ID, driving license, a Mizoram birth certificate and a garage clearance from a local council in Aizawl.
🔹Mizoram currently hosts about 34,000 Myanmar nationals . Unofficially how many Lakhs, we don't know.
🔹In Manipur, ITLF is vehemently against Identification of Inmates in Relief Camps. They chased away govt. officials who went to collect data.
🔹In the Karan Thapar interview ITLF Spokes person said "We do not Like NRC" when asked his opinion on the demands of Nagas & Meiteis for #NRC to identify illegal immigrants.
🔹In 2015 the Kuki-Zo community were vehemently protesting against the implementation of Inner Line Permit (ILP) in Manipur .
ILP is a travel document that is required to prevent influx of outsiders to protect the Indigenous population of the State.
