Lawyer Érica Gorga commented on the case on X. According to her, the court engaged in “prior censorship.”

“How can the Supreme Court censor an entire magazine in advance, without ensuring the magazine’s right to a full defense and due process, with the possibility of appeals, which is guaranteed even to the worst criminals in the country?” she questioned. “Finally, it is worth noting that any legal process aiming to restrict a specific post from the magazine could never start at the Supreme Court, but rather in a lower court. The magazine, as a legal entity, or its individual owners, do not have privileged jurisdiction in the Supreme Court.”
