First thing I see on my phone, today’s flight is delayed. Delayed by over 2 hours.
I have been flying with JB for over 20 years, since their start. Never any major issues. I always defended JB. But, this? This is unacceptable. This is cruel.

Received a notification that the JFK to Boston flight was delayed and would not be able to make me connecting flight from Boston to STI.
After a long call with JB, I was confirmed for a flight to STI on 06/19, next day. I wake up at 3 am to get ready.

I was booked on a flight to STI from JFK on 06/18.
At 7:30 am I receive a notification telling me the flight was cancelled. I call JB, I was confirmed for a flight from JFK to Boston and ultimately to STI.

@JetBlue JB, I worked it out! I was on the phone yesterday figuring it out. I have an even 2 attend today & I am in NY still. This is unacceptable! Frustrating! U telling me your sorry does nothing. JB is irresponsible & getting worst everyday. Canceling my card & no more flights.

@JetBlue Never had problems w JB until 2day. Flight 2 STI cancelled, no explanation. Managed 2 get on flight w layover in Boston. That flight delayed & more $$. Now I know Y Dominicans complain about JB treatment.
