@Costco Your customer service is terrible! Item returned, refused resend, forced refund that doesn't cover BNPL interest fees I'M stuck paying. Rep blamed ME, mocked my situation, then rudely closed case with zero resolution. Unprofessional, unhelpful, costly disaster.
