@chrissyteigen Is this fr ? They’re giving the award to someone else? Why? If the legit winners we already announced ...what’s the point? Also they posted it first ?
It's Friday GIF Day :)
You are in the middle of an awesome lesson and you are interrupted by announcements in your classroom. In GIF form, share how you are feeling now.
Go!
Every lesson can't be perfect, every parent or coworker will not like you, and kids will test your patience, BUT many more things are going right than wrong. #teachergoals
Do we ask kids to be more responsible than adults? How many times have I left something at home as a teacher... did I get a zero? Did I lose points? Did I have detention? How many times does a student get to be HUMAN?
@HutchinsTeach@PrinceEa This verse blew my mind with its sincerity. We brag about our grades in class, what we scored on the test, and if we made it into the honor society, but do we brag about how well we retained the info after the test? How we applied it two years later or in our everyday life?
@namies_learners@PrinceEa I’m in the same boat. Sometimes it relaxes me to lay my head down or close my eyes. I retain the information better, but when a teacher startlingly calls my attention for these actions it yanks me out of my zone making it difficult to find my focus again or feel comfortable.
@TeachwithLaFoy@PrinceEa Yes! Students, including my self, spend so much time worrying about this question when we could spend time learning the information. It’s up to us as future educators to change this mentality. If we did this, the latter inquiry would not be a factor to concern ourselves with.
What is school for? @PrinceEa ‘s video was moving. This won’t be the first time nor the last time I hear this question asked. I hope to be one of the teachers that gets to incorporate a revolutionized form of education. Students deserve a truly well rounded education. #EEC301S19
@chasten_webb@PrinceEa Yes! When the guy claimed he knew not how to cook, I felt that on a whole other level. I can do school work, but can’t excel in the kitchen. Real world tasks are important to learn as well. #EEC301S19
