3 people today resubscribed to me for 147 months in a row. They've never missed a month since I made partner all that time ago.
In 147 months I've;
I've turned 30.
I've split up with girlfriends.
Gone pro & played for TSM.
Travelled the world.
Bought my first house.
Had a kid.
Turned 40.
Just to name a few milestones.
Lots has changed in that time, I like to think I haven't changed that much, but I've grown a lot. Thanks for having that level of trust in me. ❤️
I'm excited to announce that we’re hosting a Charity Valorant Tournament in support of the Cyprus Anti-Cancer Society. This event is not just about gaming, it's about coming together as a community to support an incredible cause.
All proceeds from the tournament will be donated
Any up and coming casters I should have an eye on? (or even ex-pro coaches/players interested in getting on the mic?)
I may have something for you!

TEKKEN5 !? Grrrrrr I'm getting old!
At that time, we were developing software by saying that we would put anything we could think of on a disk.
We didn't have a plan from the beginning, but rather developed software as we thought of it along the way. It was decided from the beginning to include Starblade as an extra, but the Devil within mode and the TK1, TK2, and TK3 arcade emulation modes were developed on the spur of the moment.
At the time, no one scolded us for such a way of proceeding (cuz We were all immature).
Porting and development was going on at a much faster pace with much lower labor costs (us and others too) than now.
Now it is completely different. Everything has become huge, all costs have skyrocketed, and it takes a lot longer.
As games have become a major industry, many stakeholders have emerged.
There are more and more "self-proclaimed game industry people" and executives who are not creators, do not even have development experience, and do not directly face the voices from the fan community.
Come to think of it, it seems like every year there are more and more people who, when I try to do something with an idea, tell me, "Don't do it just because of an idea or passion.
I've done a lot of things with an idea, and that's why we have the foundation we have today, but I guess people who don't have experience in making things don't understand that.
Well, that is how mature this field has become.
Nevertheless, no matter how well-planned and smart you are, no one can guarantee that the game will be a success until the very end.
This is the only thing that hasn't changed much lol !!
After 7 years of service, I've just been laid off by Blizzard. It was a dream come true to work there & I'm saddened that my time was cut short.
(Yes, I was rdy for this call with champagne...gotta celebrate the good times & opportunities I had!)
What's next? I am available!
I hate sharing this weekly.. You can ONLY join this slack if you are currently part of the game's industry. Email us for an invite at: [email protected]. Please state your role in the games industry and share your LinkedIn.
