You're a saint for replying to all these folks. "Show me the paper" / "trust the science" folks are simply misinterpreting the problem.

These papers are asking if there is population-level benefit to preventively screen vs. tons of systemic tradeoffs.

N of 1 math of "should I screen my body" is VERY different.
