So she answered the most diplomatic way which she has been trained too. But just because one trans person says that doesn't make it the right answer.

There is pretty much no buses or trains running on Boxing Day, so why do shops feel like they need to open, should be closed to let the workers have 2 days off with their families! This country has gone mad with greed and profit if having shops open on Boxing Day is acceptable
