you unlock an entire world of freedom when you stop doing things that you believe illustrate a “good life” and ask yourself “what would truly bring me joy if i couldn’t tell anyone i did it?”
Some people with mental illnesses can’t get out of bed. Some can. Some can’t keep a job. Some can. Some can’t eat. Some can. Some self harm. Some don’t. Some are suicidal. Some aren’t. Some take medication. Some don’t. Mental illnesses are different for everyone, but still valid.

the rights of disabled people;
the quality of life of disabled people.

and yet -- ??
can parents please shut the fuck up with their 'religion will heal you' bullshit?
