AT&T Fiber internet is great but they really need to compete. Xfinity came into our community and is offering the same 1Gig fiber for $60 vs $100. @ATT you will loose a lot of customers unless you at least try to keep your existing customers.

@ATT Make sure to check all of your bills from AT&T you may just charged for something you don’t realize. I have been with AT&T for over 20 years now and being that this is their mistake, you would think they would want to show some loyalty to their customers and make it right.

@ATT I am still receiving automated calls stating my account is cancelled and my lines will be available for 60 days. I am really wondering if I will wake up to lines that are cancelled and yet another mistake.

@ATT Well, yes they received it and I was never credited this $466.63. So, after paying this old account that was merged incorrectly I am done right? Wrong!

@ATT Since I was going through all of my old emails from AT&T I also find that I was billed $466.63 for an iPhone I sent back in their box for a trade in that they say they didn’t receive on time.

@ATT If I didn’t keep old emails from AT&T that included a full account number, AT&T could not find any bill under my name, number, or email. I found the information.

@ATT The account was merged over but the bill wasn’t. AT&T’s fault, not mine. Prorated as I was told by the store, nope! Sorry that wasn’t correct as per the rep on the phone.

@ATT I was told to call the number on the notice. I did and told the same, they cannot find any balance. After days and hours of my time. I find an old email with the full account number, they said oh yeah there is a bill.

@ATT I receive a collection notice that my account was cancelled as well as my lines. I call AT&T and was told by 4 different reps that they could not find any balance. I was paid in full. I call another time, same answer.

@ATT I was not receiving my discounts. They did it and I was told I will receive a prorated bill. Wrong! I sign into my account and pay my bill. Good right? Wrong again. The bill from the account that was merged never showed up on my account.

@UPSHelp please help me understand how packages get delivery dates and then rescheduled twice now. Seriously how does a company stay in business like this? Then a call leads to “I don’t know what happened” really? Unbelievable

Still wondering when someone will offer some assistance. @ATTHelp @ATT I have been without internet and at&t tv for 4 days now. Two techs later and still nothing fixed. This is very disheartening to say the least.

My internet has been down since Friday and two technicians later my issue still isn’t fixed and I can’t get another technician until Wednesday. @ATTHelp so I have no internet or tv for 5 days. Classes and working from home are done. Please help. PM sent already
