@Kialasheaa@lilmissmoneypot It absolutely matters if the safety of the passengers and drivers matter. If they canโt buckle up he has every right to refuse service to protect everyoneโs safety. Itโs his privately owned car he has every right to decline a ride. FACTS ARE FACTS SIS.
@Kialasheaa@JerockOBiden The fact you think sheโs gonna get money from a independent Lyft driver โฆ. HE HAS NONE THATS WHY HES DOING LYFT! So whatโs she get $100 dollars a month from his now garnished wages. Get real to sue someone whoโs already poor isnโt gonna make you rich quick.
@dolodreams@Kialasheaa@avo_0823 Also to sue a man whoโs an independent contractor with no business insurance whatโs she gonna get his shitty SUV and his debt like come one. Just cause you win a court case doesnโt mean you get the money โฆ if he has none to begin with what will you get may $100 each month.
@Kialasheaa@avo_0823 You can stop a ride mid ride and refuse service theirs no limit to it. If they dont feel safe they donโt have to provide the service. Simple as that. If youโre rude they can kick you out at any point. This HAS TO BEFORE HAND is an invalid argument.
