@Abhinavpinch जी नोएडा में मजदूरों के आंदोलन के दौरान Law & Order की प्राथमिक जिम्मेदारी पुलिस कमिश्नरेट की है, लेकिन जब किसी व्यक्ति के खिलाफ NSA जैसी असाधारण कार्रवाई की फाइल DM के सामने आती है, तो क्या DM की भूमिका सिर्फ़ पुलिस की सिफारिश पर हस्ताक्षर कर देने की रह जाती है?

इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने स्पष्ट किया है कि DM साहिबा का detention ऑर्डर without application of mind हैं ।

इसलिए सवाल यह नहीं है कि Law & Order किसके पास था।

सवाल यह है कि NSA लगाने का अंतिम administrative decision किसके पास था?

अगर DM की भूमिका सिर्फ़ पुलिस के भेजे काग़ज़ को आगे बढ़ाने तक सीमित है, तो फिर DM से अच्छे तो पोस्टमैन है।

मुझे लगता है इस मामले में रिश्ता नहीं, रिकॉर्ड देखने की ज़रूरत है। और इस मामले में रिकॉर्ड पर हाईकोर्ट की टिप्पणी मौजूद है।

A pack of Lay’s Classic chips sold in the US is fried in canola, corn, soybean or sunflower oil that the company itself calls "heart healthy."

In India, the same Lay’s Classic is routinely fried in palm oil.. palmolein, which is significantly higher in saturated fat.

Same brand. Same product name.
Different oil. Different health impact.

Palm oil is cheaper. That’s why it dominates Indian packaged snacks.

While the US version gets the better oils, Indian consumers get the cost cutting version with only small print disclosure on the pack.

How long will regulators keep allowing this double standard?

I am glad Sir, you asked "what kind of people are they?" Let me tell you exactly what kind of person I am.

I am the kind of person who values every rupee of hard-earned money whether it is Rs 5,000 or Rs 5 lakh.
I am the kind of person who believes that principles are not meant only for speeches; they are meant to be practised.

I have spent my life standing up for the common man. As a State Information Commissioner, I did not hesitate to penalise govt officials when citizens were harassed or denied their lawful rights. As a journalist, I have spoken against wrongdoing, exploitation and atrocities without fear or favour.

I am the kind of person who respects the freedom to question, knows his rights, fights for what is right, and calls out wrongdoing and scamsters no matter who they are.

And yes, I am also the kind of person who has paid over Rs10 lakh in insurance premiums over the years and will still fight over an unjustified deduction of Ra 5,000. Because for me, the amount is not the issue. The principle is.

I bought a cashless policy based on what was promised to me. If I was sold the impression of comprehensive or full coverage and, at the time of a medical emergency, I am made to pay deposits and bear deductions that I believe are unjustified, then I have every right to question it.

So please don't tell me that because the insurer paid 92%, I should feel grateful and remain silent.

I am not asking for charity. I am demanding accountability for a service I paid for.

And if ₹5,000 has been wrongly taken from a policyholder today, I will raise my voice not because I cannot afford ₹5,000, but because I refuse to normalise injustice simply because the amount appears small to someone else.

That, sir, is the kind of person I am. 🙏🏼

In fact, by the next election, some of those very people who promised to fight corruption may have their own hospitals, colleges, businesses, or other interests. Then they make the same promises all over again.

And the cycle repeats—election after election, promise after promise—while ordinary taxpayers continue to pay the price.

@rahulreports @HDFCERGOGIC My experience is , that if you choose anything other than sharing rooms, The bills inflate automatically. It should not matter if your policy permits u any room, But all hospitals inflate bills exponentially as soon as select anything other then the basic ward.
