@alexbgervais The high school level is also just as abysmal. The level these kids are reading/writing/participating is so much lower than anything I had to do a decade ago. Like the expectations for them are nonexistent, and they know it, so no one is trying anymore.

@jinscardigan No artist is changing their music because people on the internet criticized it. That isn’t a thing that has ever happened. If Taylor started making music solely to please random internet comments online that would be much worse than making music she herself thinks is good.
