This would be one of my worst experiences with any company. I booked a rucksack for my upcoming trip. Soon after the order was placed, no update was there from AW’s team. I had to personally call, email the team to get update.

It’s 15th Aug today. I leave soon for my trip mentioned above so many times to the team. The order was placed on 10th Aug early morning. The bag is in transit via India post(no offence but the service of India post is well known for delays).

It feels like we stay in village and not in the Silicon Valley of India, it rains for 2 minutes and @NammaBESCOM can not handle it. No power in New Thippasandra area for the entire day, it rains and the power goes out. What sort of management is this!

trainer has contacted me outside business hours, making my experience with Cult increasingly uncomfortable after renewing my sessions. This situation is affecting my well-being, and I urge Cult to address the issue promptly. I’ve shared screenshots for same.
