The annual Pentecost tradition (today!) at Rome's Pantheon is a moment of extraordinary beauty.
It occurs every year on the seventh Sunday after Easter. At noon, after the Holy Mass, thousands of rose petals are dropped through the oculus of the mighty dome.
As the petals fall, a choir sings "Veni Sancte Spiritus," known as the Golden Sequence, a masterpiece of sacred Latin poetry.
This is to celebrate the descent of the Holy Spirit on the Virgin Mary and the Apostles.
The rose petal ritual likely dates back to 607 AD when the pagan temple became a Christian church.
"Or go against everything we voted for..."
So to clarify, you voted FOR the following:
• Epstein coverup
• increased CISA funding to surveil you
• warrantless surveillance (FISA expansions)
• more foreign aid/intervention (Ukraine, Israel, etc.)
• more wars/new wars
• omnibus spending (i.e., OBBBA)
• vehicle kill switches
• and so on, etc.
Weird flex, but ok...
@CargoTrav10311@MsSteelers69@ImBreckWorsham So to clarify, you voted for:
• more foreign wars
• Epstein coverup
• mass surveillance
• higher prices on everything
• big pharma/poison immunity
• just to name a few...
Sure, makes total sense.
@CargoTrav10311@ImBreckWorsham Aaannnddd... he doubles-down on the screeching.🤦♂️
You might wanna read Luke 18:9-14 again where Jesus literally addresses the "at least I'm not like THOSE people" attitude.😬
Here it is:
@CargoTrav10311@ImBreckWorsham It's called having principles and standing on objective truth instead of just mindlessly screeching "dEmOcRaTs ArE tHe DeViL" all the time.
