The waiting times and lack of accessibility to mental health services for anyone aged 18+ just provides an extra obstacle for pts who are trying to get better. Waiting over 12 months for treatment to start is not good enough - COVID backlog or otherwise.

More than 2000 young people with eating disorders are waiting for treatment in England, despite huge efforts by staff @NHSDigital. Waiting times for adults (over 18) aren’t monitored. Investment needs to reach the frontline ASAP.
