Yayyy! I had an awesome 2 days of training! It felt good hearing different perspectives, how to grow my team, new ideas and ways to go about my daily struggles running multiple departments. I’m excited to get back on the sales floor and put some of this training to good use 😊

I met the RVP Kari today! We celebrated OASM Ken’s 25th year with HD and learned so many new ways to drive sales and the Home Depot culture that attracted me so much to this company. I definitely needed this after inventory and taking over my new depts. thank you!
