@Lenskart_com @peyushbansal @Lenskart_com the staff at nearby lenskart store as well as customer support 99998-99998 is incompetent, zero brains. On 9th feb, they promised that return will be pickup up on 9th (support even added a note on your admin panel) but it wasn't picked up by 10th EOD.

@Lenskart_com "Twice" no one has come to pickup order 1329806158. This is in Indiranagar Bangalore, can't imagine the quality of your service in smaller towns.

And until this is picked up, my exchange order 1331086290 is on hold.

Either pickup asap, or cancel and refund.

The challenge is reliably identifying who thinks more critically — it’s not always obvious from engagement, credentials or audience size. Interest graph could help weigh higher-quality input, but separating insight from noise is still an open challenge.
