@realDonaldTrump Come check out the "fake news" at my health care facility! Staff and patients assigned ONE mask to be be worn for 7 days straight!! We have PPE shortage and so do alot of other people. COME SEE THE TRUTH FOR YOURSELF

@realDonaldTrump We don't have PPE in Iowa, my facility is making staff and patients use the SAME mask all day every day for 7 days... ONE MASK FOR AN ENTIRE WEEK! "Buts that's not what you have been told right?! Come see for yourself and it's not just us, there is still a ton of shortage for PPE
