Hear me out on this… imagine ‘normal’ teaching was like supply teaching, imagine how many more teachers would be happy? no lesson obs, learning walks, progress meetings, data sheets, OFSTED prep/visits. Go in, basic lesson outline, enjoy teaching kids, leave, worry for nothing.

i’ve officially completed my first year of teaching and WOWWOW, what a ride it has been!! this year brought lots of challenges but I learned so much and am such a better teacher because of it! shoutout to my CTM fam for all of the support, I love y’all!

today my kiddos wanted to try to spell my name after seeing me type my email in when my computer died. their spellings were so funny (and crazy that two kids thought of the exact same) I had to write them down to keep for my memories and I think i’ll do it every year now😂😂
