I have booked a consignment under premium delivery on June 30th. However I could see it is still not picked.

I have called customer care multiple times, raised ticket, following up on ticket as well. However I am getting no response

@DTDCIndia Hi Team - It’s been already 21 days since I booked an order. Please let me know if it could be handled by DTDC. If not, I would now happily go for other vendor and would request you to refund the amount.

I am not seeing any progress on ticket.

@YatraOfficial - I am not finding it challenging to reach out to customer support.

Did booking with Yatra. Has complaint issue related to flight booking and not able to reach out via call or bot app or whatsapp. Sent email however not sure when it will be resolved.

@LakshanaShet @ETMONEY True! It seems rebalancing is causing more loss in terms of broker charges as compared to profit that we expect.

Additionally as you said it is performing less than benchmark.

I was investing from last 6 months and could see portfolio is negative.

@ETMONEY @mithunn77 In my case I even transferred the shared using CSDL process. Only thing I need is to change the broker so that it could use new broker going forward.

Sad to see there is no option with Genius for such case.

@ETMONEY @mithunn77 Hi @ETMONEY I have same concern and is struggling to get resolution for long time now.

Due to same reason I have stopped using the Genius services for time being.

Issue - Can't change broker without selling shares. Although shared are transferred to new broker by CSDL process.
