@WomanReadyBlog I'd have to agree with this @WomanReadyBlog 👍Learning to say "No" has to be high up there. Learning that it's ok to protect your time and that to do that saying "No" has to be part of this.
Take all of your excuses and bury them . . . even if you're "correct". Dwelling on something you're unable to change will not end well for you, or those around you.
Focus on improving in the areas you can control and you will be amazed as the excuses start to fade away.
Outdoorsy children? So pleased the little one loves being outside & chooses this over screens any day. Time kids spend outdoors in nature play has been steadily declining for decades & it’s costing them when it comes to their physical and mental health👇
