I need your urgent attention regarding an excess fare charged on my recent ride on 20/08/2026. The fare displayed in the Ola app was ₹447, but the driver collected ₹600, resulting in an excess charge of ₹153.
At the time of the ride, I temporarily lost my internet connection and was unable to check the fare in the Ola app. I therefore trusted the driver’s statement regarding the amount to be paid and paid ₹600. Once my internet connection was restored, I checked the Ola app and discovered that the actual fare was ₹447, not ₹600.
I immediately contacted Ola Support via email and provided the relevant ride details, screenshots and proof of payment. However, I have received no response or resolution so far.
I request @Olacabs to:
• Investigate the driver’s excess collection of ₹153
• Refund the excess amount
• Explain why the driver collected more than the fare displayed in the app
• Take appropriate action if any violation of Ola's policies is found
This may be only ₹153, but the real issue is customer trust, transparency and accountability.
@Olacabs, please investigate this matter and provide a proper resolution at the earliest.

India’s Competitive Exam System Needs More Than Just Exams — It Needs Trust
For millions of Indian students, a competitive examination is much more than a test. It represents years of preparation, financial investment, personal sacrifice and the hope of securing a stable career.
That is why allegations of paper leaks, irregularities, delayed results, cancellations or unfair recruitment processes can have consequences far beyond a single examination. A student who spends 2–3 years preparing may lose valuable time because of one administrative failure.
India needs an examination ecosystem built on:
🔹 Transparent recruitment processes
🔹 Secure question-paper systems
🔹 Strict action against malpractice
🔹 Time-bound investigations
🔹 Clear communication with candidates
🔹 Faster resolution of grievances
🔹 Accountability at every level
Technology can help through encrypted question papers, secure examination centres, digital tracking and stronger monitoring—but technology alone cannot replace institutional accountability.
The goal should not simply be to conduct more examinations. The goal should be to ensure that every deserving candidate has confidence that their hard work will be judged fairly.
📚 A fair examination system is not a favour to students. It is essential for public trust in government recruitment and India’s future workforce.
What do you think should be the single biggest reform in India’s competitive examination system?

🚨 Reservation Hatao Andolan: Latest Update
The movement demanding a review of India’s reservation system has intensified, with protests in Delhi and growing political debate around the issue.
Protesters are calling for a review of the existing reservation framework and greater consideration of economic conditions and equal opportunities.
At the same time, political leaders have defended reservation as a constitutional safeguard.
The real question is:
👉 Should India review its reservation system?
👉 Should economic conditions receive greater consideration?
👉 How can we ensure equal opportunities for every citizen?
A sensitive issue deserves a serious debate — based on facts, constitutional principles and peaceful democratic dialogue. 🇮🇳

Waterlogging, traffic jams and major travel disruptions have hit several parts of the NCR, while Gurugram remains under an orange alert.
With extreme weather becoming increasingly frequent, the bigger question is:
Are our cities prepared for this kind of rainfall?
Stay safe. Avoid unnecessary travel and check traffic/weather updates before leaving home. 🚨

NEET PG 2026 and another reminder of how quickly misinformation can spread. 📱
Fake claims about leaked question papers are reportedly circulating on social media, while NBEMS has warned candidates not to believe them.
Before sharing a “BREAKING NEWS” post, take 30 seconds to verify the source.

A live worm reportedly found inside a sandwich at a popular Gurugram restaurant. 🤢
The video goes viral, the restaurant apologises—but the bigger question is:
How many food-safety incidents go unnoticed because customers don't record them?
Food businesses must understand that hygiene is not a luxury—it is a basic responsibility.
Consumers deserve safe food, whether they are eating at a ₹100 street stall or a ₹1,000 restaurant.
Food safety cannot be compromised. 🇮🇳

A poor person is poor, regardless of caste.
If we truly want an equal society, support should reach those who genuinely need it—based on economic hardship, access to opportunities, and circumstances.
We should have a system that protects the disadvantaged while also respecting merit, hard work and equal opportunity.
This is a debate about policy, not hatred. Equal Opportunity. Equal Respect. 🇮🇳
