#amblemindproject
We were never meant to walk this life alone. Our joy deepens, our burdens lighten, and our hearts heal faster when we walk together in love, understanding, and purpose.
Amble Mind Project established a Mental Health Awareness Club at Riverside Junior School, Amble Mind Club.
The club's primary mission is to promote mental well-being, raise awareness, and provide a supportive environment for students to discuss and learn about mental health.
Out of suffering emerge the strongest souls, not because they endured pain, but because they fought, healed, and reclaimed their light. The most unshakable spirits are not those untouched by scars, but those who wear them as proof; they won the war within. #MentalHealthAwareness
Let's break the silence around mental health together. Share your story, listen to others, and let's build a community that supports each other's mental wellbeing. #AmbleMindProject#MentalHealthAwarenessWeek
Some days you'll amble, some days you'll crawl, both mean you are moving. Keep going, We see you 💚
Today try speaking to yourself like a friend 💬 Swap “I messed up” with “I'm learning” #AmbleMindProject#MentalHealthAwarenessWeek
From checkups to conversations, every smile, question, and shared moment brought us closer to a mentally healthier Uganda.
Thank you for being part of the journey.
