Hey @SoundCloud @SCsupport Why are you offering distribution "services" if you can't even help your paying customers resolve a simple issue, that is not even our fault? There is no way for us to comment on your mistreating of this issue, as we don't even get a reply.

We tried to reach out to customer support and explain this and resubmitted the release 5 times, every time it was rejected. What is the reason for this, without even checking the profile mapping which we correctly put in place, where you could see that it is the correct name?
