@mishamdraws If it gives off green flames upon being lit on fire, then there is a large chance that it is Babahlese ink.

As for what you should do, you may hold onto it until a further decision is made. I don't think you'll get in much trouble for purchasing it.

@mishamdraws Babahlese ink's exports are limited due to its prominence in counterfeiting. So it can't simply be sold in any store or website, under restricted conditions.

The current sudden rise in interest in the ink requires us to verify sources of sale to ensure that there's no smuggling.
