A Blackquill has extremely negative opinions about the character and basically just tells them due to the hurt they (assume) the character has caused (only one Blackquill was correct in assuming this)

@yewtenji I like how she's drawn in clothing which has the print of a fierce animal on it. I like that. I like her being shown to have an attitude and sense of fashion even in the concept art. Makes her seem even cooler than she already is

It's right by her badge. Usually you'd expect flowers like that to be near the breast pocket but there js a flower in a place where it shouldn't be ... maybe it's there because she wants to keep it close. I have not read the translations for the concept art unfortunately
