During the second month of our #MHRVs being operational, they have attended 695 cases and, possibly more importantly, have only needed to convey <10% A&Es, further improving our response to patients with Mental Health concerns by referring them to the right services. AM

Our Mental Health Response Vehicles have been active since December, but yesterday saw @OFFICIALWMAS rolling out the first of a new national specification of vehicles, which help us to offer a better patient experience. AM

Last week saw us cross the 1 month mark since the @OFFICIALWMAS Mental Health Response Vehicles (MHRVs) went live, in the first month the 5 teams across the region were assigned to over 700 cases! Improving our response to patients with Mental Health Concerns. AM #MHRV

@asifamhp It's an unfortunate state that currently, all NHS resources are spread very thinly and ambulance capacity is often an issue. Been saying for a while that LAs and ICBs should be looking at commissioning paramedic lead ambulances specifically for this purpose.

Can't believe the poor service from @bt_uk BT TV box broke sent two replacements so far and both have failed, one after a week and one out of the box. Now they won't send anything until I have waited best part of a week for an engineer to visit. #Furious #Avoid
