There are many leaning towers throughout history.
Here is a former tower from Spain built in 1504 that was demolished between 1878 and 1892. It was 260 ft. tall, 38 ft. in width at the base, and made entirely of brick. Beauty in imperfection. Wabi-sabi.

@RodCarrillo3 @MissMarceline Sadly, the word governance seems to have lost all meaning in DC. DC was supposed to be a vocation of intellectuals and it turned into a business/careeer for life. A fiduciary-like mindset is needed to create real change. Remove profiting from politics for a real country to arise.
