अब एक और नाम याद आता है, विष्णु तिवारी का। विष्णु तिवारी वो भी 22 ही वर्ष के थे। जब वो आगरा सेंट्रल जेल से बाहर निकले तो 45 के हो चुके थे।
माता-पिता, दो भाई की मृत्यु हो चुकी थी, परिवार की ज़मीन बिक गई और रिहाई के बाद उनके सामने फिर से जीवन आरंभ करने का प्रश्न खड़ा हो गया।

सरकार को समझना चाहिए कि सबके सहने की एक सीमा होती है, और उसके बाद आम नागरिक क़ानून अपने हाथ में लेने लगता है।

Parties with OBC leadership may remain reluctant to openly take up the SC/ST Act issue because of its political calculation. But that does not necessarily reflect sentiment on the ground. Among sections of OBCs, resentment against what they perceive as the Act’s stringent provisions and alleged misuse is increasingly becoming more visible. If this sentiment continues to grow, it could eventually bring General and OBC groups together around demands against this draconian misuse of this Act and the Act itself. The deeper issue is not the existence of protection against atrocities, but whether the law’s enforcement creates incentives for monetisation, which can distort its intended purpose and fuel social friction. And it is fueling social frictions.

Facts about Dr. Ambedkar:
1. His father Ramji Maloji Sakpal was a headmaster in Army school & a "Subedar-Major" in British Army! He was proficient in english & had a diploma in teaching!

2. His grandfather, Maloji Sakpal, was a havaldar in British Army & he was allotted some land by British, for his performance in battle-field!

3. Ambedkar completed his matriculation (in 1907) from Elphinstone college, most prestigious college in Bombay at that time!

4. Maharaja of Baroda gave scholarship of 11.5 pounds/month for 3 yrs for his study in Columbia + was provided financial help from Shahuji maharaj for his studies in London!

Then what "Hisab Chukta"??
Wasn't his life better than 90% of population at that time??

विष्णु तिवारी जब जेल से छूटकर 5 साल पहले आए थे तब उनका सबसे पहले इंटरव्यू लेकर हमने दुनिया के सामने उनका दर्द दिखाया था

तब के विष्णु तिवारी को देखिए, पूरे शरीर का मांस गल चुका था। आँखों में मोतियाबिंद, हाथों में छाले थे। 20 साल बाद निकलने के बाद वह दुनिया को नहीं पहचान पा रहे थे।

जेल में थे तो माँ बाप दोनों चल बसे। अंतिम संस्कार के लिए पैरोल तक नहीं मिली। जेल में उनकी शिखा को काट दिया गया था। इतनी प्रताड़ना झेलने के बाद भी विष्णु तिवारी भगवान को धन्यवाद करते हैं कि उन्हें बाहर निकाला गया।

वहीं राज्य ने इसे ह्यूमन राइट्स वायलेशन का मामला मानने से इनकार करते हुए उन्हें इस केस में मुआवजा देने से मना कर दिया। सोचिए 20 साल एक व्यक्ति फर्जी मामले में जेल में रहा और उसे सरकार द्वारा एक ढेले की सहायता नहीं मिली। SC ST Act लगाने वाले अपना मुआवजा लेके चलते बने। कोई कारवाई नहीं हुई। पूरा इंटरव्यू देखिए
