@GlenwrightCook We use a pre written ATMIST form. Reduces amount of questions that curiously get asked. Working on both side of the fence however it is also frustrating to receive a crap pre alert. Try shared learning, two way communication and improving understanding from both sides?

@CareSwasft As a commander, managing ego, opinion and confidence (both too much and too little) and communication between team members was as much a problem as clinical management. Human factors still are a big challenge in these jobs.
