Ticketmaster PH reportedly cancelling invalid or policy-violating transactions. Fans urged to check emails.

Ticketmaster Philippines is actively reviewing and cancelling certain ticket transactions for the highly anticipated BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ shows at the Philippine Sports Stadium in Bulacan in March 2027.

Ticketmaster PH is cancelling orders that violate purchase limits (reportedly 2 tickets per account in some cases).

This includes orders flagged for potential fraud, bot usage, payment issues, or other violations of Ticketmaster’s terms. Cancelled tickets are typically refunded to the original payment method (processing time depends on the bank/card issuer).

Hoping that those who didn't get to secure will still have a chance. For HoTS Mnl they released add'l seats night ata before. Then meron din nakabili onsite. Also TM cancels those na di purchased using proper means. And last, from other stops nagrerelease ng prod seats. Crossing fingers for everyone. ✨️🤞

sa totoo lang same thing lng yung experience kahapon at ngayon na sale

daming naka highlight na available sections na may seats pero pag checheckout mo sasabihin di na available tapos pagbalik mo andun parin 😂

as a software engineer:

pde na sa code sa backend naka ganon na sya like highlight palagi pero d ma checheckout, binuksan ko kasi yung developer tools kahapon habang naka sit tight na page and nakikita ko na naka loop lng yung check tickets na api call tapos yung balik nya 200 successful which is in usual scenario dapat aalis na sya sa page pero hnd mag cacall lng ulit sya ng get tickets 😂

but in conclusion (purely guessing lng po)
- naka lock na yung seats and d na talaga sya ma checheckout
- may mga seats na binigay at super lucky mo na na checkout mo yun
