Since long I wanted to report from Gujarat this story.
I am a Mumbaikar.
My mother tongue is Gujarati.
Feel proud to see that because Gujaratis have no biases against other regional languages or Hindi it helped Gujarat big way.
It’s the story worth reporting how slowly and steadily Ahmedabad is becoming a cosmopolitan city.
I find today’s Gujarat quite different as I started reporting Gujarat when Madhavsinh Solanki, Congress’s astute leader was the chief minister. Then, we called Amdavad an overgrown village.

Ongoing transformation of society due to unprecedented migration from other states was unthinkable even in 70s.

Lentils, commonly consumed in vegetarian households, on average, contain 25 grams of protein... Paneer, which contains 22 grams of protein... I was comparing protein consumption levels across Indian states with large vegetarian populations—such as Rajasthan, where 61% of people are vegetarian, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh. Surprisingly, protein consumption is highest in these very states. Conversely, in Bengal and the Northeastern states, where meat consumption is common, protein intake is lower... It is truly unfortunate that such misinformation is being spread..."
