@AshleyGWinter One of the benefits my Husband's employer offers is emergency backup care. I tried to stay home as much as I could with sick kids, but there were days we both HAD to be at work. On those days, we used the Emerg. B/U.
@emilykmay I had so much fun seeing everyone that came by, giving out handfuls of candy and wishing everyone a happy Halloween. Lots of fun costumes I gave compliments to, and told everyone to have fun and stay warm. No 'trick or treat' required. Why do some people suck?
@clhubes In the ER, actively hemorrhaging during a miscarriage. Doc orders an ultrasound and the ultrasound tech asks - are you sure you are pregnant? Um 10 weeks, yeah pretty sure I was...
@SWFLsweetie@blondemedSJW Came out of anesthesia from a laproscopic surgery. Pretty sure the first thing I said was, "Shit, I'm gonna throw up!" The nurses didn't blink at the swearing, but they did come running.
@Michelle_RJones @clhubes Every stage is different. They are all challenging in different ways. I thought when mine were 6 months and 2.5 that I would never get a full night's sleep again. Now they are 16/14 and I wonder if they will ever be productive members of society... It's all stressful.
@PathWalkerWalks @thepursuinglife As someone who did pass out with my child at the dentist... If you need to leave, they want you to leave. The office staff still tease me about the time they called EMS.
@AshleyGWinter We got a foam one instead of spring because they are much lighter. Made changing the sheets significantly easier! Still had infant/toddler sides with different firmness.
@deveautrain Yeah apparently alot of yesterday's concepts were Algebra 2. Super awesome to test 10th graders on that since 85% of them don't take Algebra 2 til 11th grade.
@argica11 @karenkho I've had two and they could not have been more different. First one - easy peasy no big deal. Second one was excruciating and I needed pain relief and had trouble sleeping on my side/stomach for WEEKS.
