@adriancummins@RAI_ie You are so completely wrong . I stayed in 3 hotels ..excellent public health measures. Guests had to book a certain diningslot. In room dining encouraged . I left a Michelin restaurant before Xmas. No distancing ! No ventilation! Your members need to abide by the guidelines.
@AidanORourke Loved your piece this morning . Completely agree that the kids should be out on pitches. Unfortunately a lot of ‘elite’ players let themselves and supporters down and were found in pubs after finals . Cancel the championship and this Year let the kids train and play
@gardainfo@fedpolCH As far as I’m concerned and as the parent of 2 doctors on the frontline when you complainers have held the hands of dying COVID patients in their final minutes and worked past your shift because there is no PPE for the person who wants to relieve you then you can complain
@MarianKeyes Could not agree more Marian. Most of us have followed the advice as if it was law since the beginning and yet we all have to suffer now simply because some people thought we Oirish just could not manage to skip the Christmas for JUST THIS ONCE
@conor_pope I’m still shocked at football and hurling matches going ahead and the daft idea that we all needed it for our mental health . What about the parties held afterwards and the pub lock ins . Why was the mental health of my two daughters back on the frontline not taken into account
@BadgerLyons@MaryERegan@paulreiddublin@SaturdayRTE But in case I survived the massive coronary thrombosis I’d want to be tucked up in some nice Egyptian cotton mega thread count sheets reading the menu for my 5 course dinner and Champagne courtesy of my health insurance
I think some people need to take a long hard look at themselves . While everyone is busy saying nobody is to blame for the current numbers, if you were hanging out in a pub /lock-in pre Xmas I think you might just be a little bit to blame
